The physical specifications of U-PVC material:
The relevant material is resistant against acids, base, cleaning materials – detergent soap – alcohols, oils, carbonic acid, alkali, gasoline, and water.
To prevent the problems that commonly occur during installation processes and manufacturing processes, our company has produced the profiles as containing the (self-gasket) specification, and this feature has increased the satisfaction of the producer.
The steel reinforcement profiles which are coated with 50-75 micron galvanize have been placed inside of the PVC profiles and the high resistance values against 130km/h speed wind loads have been formed.
The value of AL-THURAIYA profile noise insulation:
The relevant profiles of AL-THURAIYA provide a noiseless and comfortable facility according to the profile design, the number of chambers, and the gasket system. the special gasket system provides 35-40 noise insulation and alternative spaced double or triple glass application and a high number of chambers.
The value of water insulation in AL-THURAIYA profiles
To achieve high water insulation through the water gathering channel and water discharge channel. the discharge of water becomes from the sash profile by making 2 slopes and a general multi-gasket system.
The heat insulation values of AL-THURAIYA profiles:
The basic determinant of the increase in demand for the plastic profiles is the feature of high resistance against the heat insulation, thus, the profiles have been designed as three and four-chambered .as seen on the graphics, the four chambers have many values in terms of the heat insulation at profiles.

As seen in the diagram, the heat conductivity of the metal materials (aluminum and steel galvanized). for the plastic, in terms of heat insulation, should not be used.
The heat insulation value of AL-THURAIYA profile is high K=1.4/M when the double glass (4+12+4) is applied on the three-chambered profiles. the heat insulation value at the four-chambered profiles and triple glass (4+9+4+9+4) application increases as K=1.3w/m.
Profile with general multi-gasket:
At AL-THURAIYA, the basic principle is to provide optimum satisfaction to our customers. thus, we have been decided to manufacture the profiles which include the self-gasket application to minimize the gasket problems being experienced at PVC windows and door system
We have classified the gasket application according to their usage categories: static gasket and dynamic gasket.
Static gasket: (soft PVC)
The static gasket always remains subject to continuous and fixed pressure, classified as the soft PVC which is resistant to sunlight and its color is unchangeable.
Dynamic gasket:
The dynamic gasket system is subject to variable pressure. they are used in main profiles. the most important feature of the relevant gasket is providing dust, noise, heat, and water insulation without any deformation, it has distinctive features in dimensional stability, withstands constant pressure, and high insulation power.
It has been produced with the Co-extrusion method, extruding two different materials at once and installed with the aid of special apparatus during the manufacturing of the main profile. the profile together with the gasket can now be welded and the gasket can be taken out at any time for a renovation.
